The loose definition of a small business is an independently owned and operated company that is limited in it’s size and in it’s revenue but this can be dependent on the industry. A local bakery that employs 10 people, is an example of a small business. A manufacturing facility that employees less than 500 people is an example of a small business. According the SBA, the definition can change from industry to industry.
To us, it’s about working with the owners, at least at the signing of the contract phase! Of course you are busy and may well delegate the task, depending on the size of your business. This delegation, is why you are hiring us to design and develop your website or manage your project. You don’t have time or the expertise in-house to do it yourself.
